Talk show host Larry Elder has officially run as a Republican candidate in the California governor’s election after winning a lawsuit against the Secretary of State who has been removed from the candidate list.
Last week, Elder announced that he was wearing a hat on the ring of the Governor of California, but his name wasn’t there when the list of 41 candidates was announced.
Dr. Shirley Weber, Secretary of State of California, said Larry Elder had “an incomplete edited and / or unedited income tax return filed.”
The talk show organizer has accused Dr. Weber of the reason and announced that he is suing Dr. Weber.
“I’m suing CASec. I’m suing the state to respect the items I submitted to do and return to the ballot in the CA’s call.
“I don’t support these Shenanigans, and I know you don’t. Can you tip me to back up our fight?”
Today, the elder has won the proceedings and is officially running for the Governor of California in the September 14 elections.
“Victory! Next is the ballot box on September 14th,” he tweeted.
