Crack Addict Threatens To Rape Grandma’s Corpse, Kill Mother After Being Refused Money

A 37-year-old British crack addict harassed his mother and niece for a week and threatened to rape the corpse of his deceased grandmother after being denied money.

From May 23 to May 30, Charlie Moloney “repeatedly” appeared at her mother’s house in Camden, northwest London, England, threatening her and her grandchildren. MyLondon First reported.

Moloney pleaded guilty to being drunk and chaotic and harassment caused fear of violence in the Highbury Corner Administrative Court. During his sentence on Tuesday, he was sentenced to a £ 50 ($ 70) fine for the former and a suspended sentence of 24 weeks for the latter.

The court was told that Moloney, who appears to be homeless and sleeping on Regent’s Park Road, “threatening to beat” her mother using “homophobic words” after refusing to give her money. It was. He then repeatedly knocked on his mother’s door, shouting “so that everyone could hear” her mother’s name.

In one explosion, Moloney also threatened to kill his niece, who was staying at his mother’s house at the time.

“He was screaming my name so everyone could hear me. I told them (his niece) to stay in their room. I’m scared of what he would do,” Moloney’s name said. Not a mother was reported to have said.

“I’m worried every time he’s there. I’m afraid he’ll attack us and carry out these threats. Every time I hear someone outside, I’m worried,” she said. Added.

Moloney also asked her mother where to find her grandmother’s grave so she could “dig up and rape her.” Moloney was “restless” and remained “very angry” after police were called in to handle the case, courts reported.

The court heard that Moloney suffered a serious brain injury at the age of 15 and took two months in the intensive care unit. His mental health reportedly “worsened” after being injured, and he was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.

Justice of the Peace took an “extraordinary course of action” and Moloney avoided immediate custodial sentences because he needed access to support and housing services.

In addition to imprisonment and fines, Moloney completed the 25-day rehabilitation activity requirement and had to pay £ 263 ($ 367) and was subject to a detention order.

Expression. Charlie Moloney, 37, was sentenced to 24 weeks in prison and a £ 50 ($ 70) fine after threatening her mother and niece for a week.
