Australians will be ‘living in the land of lockdown’ until population is vaccinated

Labor Deputy Leader Richard Marles says Australians

Labor Deputy Leader Richard Marles says Australians “live in blockades” until a large enough sector of the masses is vaccinated. “As long as there are relatively few people vaccinated compared to the rest of the world, we will be in a position to live in a blockade,” Marls told Sky News. “The underlying problem that underpins all of this is the problem of a proper quarantine system, and obviously the failure of rapid immunization of our population,” Marls said. “These two things are done. Until, “the blockade is underway, which is what the federal government envisions. “In the budget, they imagine we deal with one of these every month.”

“As long as there are relatively few people vaccinated compared to the rest of the world, we will be in a position to live in a blockade,” Marls told Sky News.

“The underlying problem that underpins all of this is the problem of a proper quarantine system, which is clearly the inability to get immediate vaccinations for our population.”

“Until these two things happen,” Marls said the blockade would continue, which is what the federal government envisions.

“I imagine the budget book deals with one of these every month.”
